After suffering a stress fracture while running competitively for the University of Texas, Rachel Ahlberg discovered the quality-of-life benefits of cryotherapy. Building on that experience, she and her partner Garrett Ahlberg opened their first cryotherapy facility in Bend, Oregon in 2018. Client feedback led to the addition of more services and a rebranding into a full-service modern wellness center.

After noticing the numerous positive improvements in the lives of their clients, they felt an obligation to help more people in more markets, while empowering franchisees to enjoy the same opportunity from semi-absentee business ownership.

Training & Support

We go above and beyond to ensure client wellness – and franchisee success.

Training and ongoing support will encourage the start-up franchisee to create a vibrant atmosphere that enables success. Franchisees will be required to complete two phases of training to include 1-2 weeks at the franchisor’s headquarters, followed by one week of onsite training at the franchisee’s location during the commencement of operations. Franchisees will further be required to attend and pass continuing education and certification training annually.
