Initial Investments
Sugar Kingdom franchisees must be able to provide the necessary initial investment to cover all start-up costs in order to be considered. This includes working capital, marketing dollars, and the franchise fee.

Excellent Customer Service Skill Set
Success in the retail industry depends entirely on reputation and a commitment to the customers themselves. The success and failure of this business will be reliant on Sugar Kingdom franchisees having customers as their number one priority.


Utilizing proven systems and processes, along with a simple and replicable operating model, the Franchisor will train each franchisee in best practices and will implement a focus on product quality and customer service.

Each franchisee will be required to visit Sugar Kingdom headquarters in Miami, FL for the initial training. The franchisee will learn everything from ordering, hiring, firing, taking orders, servicing, and cleaning – further enforced via our Operations Manual.

A member of the Sugar Kingdom field support staff will also visit each franchise – monthly in the first year and quarterly in the years following – in order to provide operational support, marketing support, research & development and more.
