Dacarons™ are a delectable fusion of two French pastries: dacquoise and macarons. An airy, lightly crisp, and nottoo-sweet almond meringue pastry with naturally flavored buttercream filling piped in-between.

We craft our Dacarons™ from scratch using real ingredients, including sweet rice flour, almond and nut flours, making them naturally gluten-free! Featuring globally inspired flavors, we produce our Dacarons™ in small batches by hand. Additionally, we have a strong coffee program to benefit our patrons and capitalize on the surging coffeehouse trend.
