We’ve got the in-person-get-your-hands-dirty training that you need as you get to know the nuances that make Dugan’s who we are. As your restaurant gets closer to opening, ongoing training will continue at your location. The level of training you receive will vary based on your choice of concept and your experience in the industry.

LOCATION ASSISTANCE

We will help with site location, and if possible, work to capitalize on second-generation restaurant conversions that will save you both time and money.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Our support team will be your compass throughout the entire franchise journey! Support includes unit operations, maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.

MARKETING SUPPORT
