Straightforward Training
We offer our franchisees exceptional training in two phases. The first phase involves one to two weeks of initial training at the Franchisor’s headquarters before the franchisee’s scheduled business opening. This training will include administrative, operational, and marketing matters as well as on-the-job training in cooking, managing, cleaning, inventory control, and more essential skills. The second phase is provided at the franchisee’s location where their field-based skills will be perfected. It includes a Friends and Family soft opening prior to the grand opening for the public.

Operational Support
Our support doesn’t stop at the training, it is ongoing throughout your entire experience with Jerry’s Subs & Pizza. Our experienced support staff will visit your franchise to make sure you’re always on the path to success. Our operational support includes assistance in unit management, product ordering, food preparation, pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.

Marketing Support
In addition to our operational support, we offer exceptional marketing support to all of our franchisees. This support includes developing materials and strategies for advertising, providing consumer marketing plans, and assisting in the development of advertising materials franchisees wish to develop.
