COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING:
An extensive dual-phase initial training program will help set up our franchise partners with all the knowledge they need to run a ReWax and UnWine. Continuous on-site, virtual, and phone training systems ensure a hands-on approach to franchisee support.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:
We will provide ongoing training and support in many areas, including management and oversight, maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines and administrative procedures.

MARKETING SUPPORT:
We’ll help you leverage our established and recognizable brand. We will coordinate development of advertising materials and strategies, consumer marketing plans, and materials.

ONGOING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT:

Financial Snapshot

FRANCHISE FEE: $25,000

This fee is paid to ReWax and UnWine Franchise LLC for training, development and grants the rights to own and operate a ReWax and UnWine. We provide significant assistance in the way franchisees operate their business.

ESTIMATED MINIMUM INITIAL INVESTMENT: $95,900 (inclusive of franchise fee)

The startup cost for the franchisees is based on the following assumptions to open and run a ReWax and UnWine: Rent/real estate, utilities, leasehold improvements, marketing introduction program, furniture, fixtures, equipment, computer equipment and softwares, initial inventory, insurance, signage, license and permits, legal and accounting, professional fees, and working capital.

ROYALTY FEE: 6% of gross sales

MARKETING FUND: 1%
