Storm Realty was founded in 2010 by Founder Steve Iwachniuk. His passion for real estate, motivating people and opening doors for growth led him to franchise his business.

• Franchise Fee – $10K to $25K
• Royalties: 2% of Gross Sales
• Local Advertising: 2% of Gross Sales
• The total investment necessary to begin the operation of a Storm Realty franchise is:
   $15,340 to $27,690 (for a Conversion of an Existing Brokerage) or $35,265 to $117,600 (for Opening a New Brokerage).
